She has been CEO since the organisation started in 2003. Her role involves:

Keriana has completed a Masters of Public Management through Victoria University. As well as a successful career woman, Keriana leads an active lifestyle and if often found in her local gym, or pounding the pavements. She is married to Jack and they have a son Te Aho.
